Service Description
This call is all about you, your story, your needs, and your relationships. Here’s how we’ll spend our time together: 1. Creating a Safe Space We’ll start by making sure you feel comfortable and supported. This is a judgment-free zone where you can speak openly and honestly. 2. Sharing Your Story You’ll have the chance to share what’s been going on in your relationship. Whether it’s confusion, conflict, or just needing direction, this is your moment to be heard. 3. Uncovering What’s Really Going On Together, we’ll look beneath the surface to identify patterns, challenges, and areas that might be creating tension or uncertainty. 4. Clarifying What You Truly Want We’ll talk through your hopes and goals, whether that’s healthier communication, rebuilding trust, or simply gaining clarity about the next step forward. 5. Offering Perspective & Guidance We’ll share insights, practical tools, and supportive feedback tailored to your situation. Think of it as shining a light on paths you may not have considered. 6. Next Steps for You Before we wrap up, we’ll help you outline simple, clear next steps so you leave the call with clarity, direction, and a sense of empowerment. Need more? Cancellation Policy
Life happens; and we get it. Our goal is to honor both your time and ours so we can create the best experience together. Here’s how we handle cancellations and rescheduling at CLY Coaching: 1. Giving Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else who may be waiting. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the appointment will be counted as a used session and may be subject to a fifty dollar ($50) fee cancellation fee. 2. Rescheduling Sessions You’re welcome to reschedule once without any extra fees, as long as it’s done at least 12 hours ahead. Additional changes are subject to availability and may include a $50 rescheduling fee. 3. Missed Sessions / No-Shows If you miss a session without letting us know or cancel within 1 hour of the appointment, it will be marked as a no-show, and unfortunately, no refunds or credits will be issued for that session and may be subject to a seventy five dollar ($75) no-show fee.. This helps keep everyone’s schedules on track. 4. Coaching Packages For multi-session programs, all sessions need to be completed within the program timeframe to keep your progress steady. Missed or canceled sessions are not automatically extended, but we’ll do our best to work with you if something unexpected arises. 5. Emergencies We completely understand that emergencies can happen. If something truly unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. We’ll review each situation with compassion and flexibility. 6. Refunds Introductory or discovery sessions are non-refundable. Program or package payments are non-refundable once the program begins. In some cases, partial refunds may be offered for unused sessions if cancellation happens before the program starts.
