Leadership Team
Edward & Ese Disi – Finance & Relationship Coaches, Co-Founders of CLY Coaching
Edward and Ese Disi have been married for over 16 years and are passionate about helping couples build Christ-centered marriages that last. Having walked through challenges that tested their own relationship and finances, they now thrive and use their story, faith, and training to walk alongside others.
Together, they have mentored numerous couples and are certified SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) facilitators.
Ese is pursuing a graduate degree in Counseling, has master-level training in human sexuality, and is Level 1 Gottman trained.
Edward co-leads a men’s discipleship group and brings biblical wisdom and accountability to his coaching. Their approach blends faith, practical tools, and research-based methods to help couples grow, heal, and flourish.
For them, financial coaching isn’t theory, it is a lived experience. They’ve paid off over $250,000 of debt, learned to thrive on one income while raising kids, and built a marriage that values unity over financial stress.
Through discipline, intentional choices, and a commitment to teamwork, they’ve seen how financial freedom can transform both marriage and family life. Their goal is to help other individuals and couples not just manage money, but communicate and grow through it.
Their mission is simple: to help their clients build a legacy by faithfully stewarding their resources. They believe money should be a tool for freedom, purpose, and unity, not a source of division.
