Service Description
Marriage isn’t just about joining lives, it’s about bringing the best version of yourself into the relationship. A Premarital Individual Session gives you the space to pause, reflect, and prepare personally for the journey ahead. Here’s how our time together will flow: 1. Creating a Safe Space for You This session is all about you. It’s a confidential, judgment-free environment where you can share openly, your hopes, your concerns, and even your questions about marriage. 2. Exploring Your Personal Story We’ll talk about your background, experiences, and the values you bring into the relationship. Understanding your own story helps you show up more fully in your partnership. 3. Clarifying Expectations Together, we’ll look at your expectations for marriage, communication, finances, intimacy, family, and shared responsibilities, so you’re clear about what you want and what you’re ready to give. 4. Identifying Strengths & Growth Areas We’ll highlight your personal strengths (the things you already do well in relationships) and explore areas where growth could make your marriage even stronger. 5. Practical Tools & Guidance We’ll share insights, exercises, or tools tailored to your unique situation, things you can take back into your relationship to strengthen connection and understanding. 6. Next Steps for Your Journey By the end of the session, you’ll leave with greater self-awareness, confidence, and practical steps you can take to prepare yourself for a healthy, lasting marriage. Cancellation Policy
Life happens; and we get it. Our goal is to honor both your time and ours so we can create the best experience together. Here’s how we handle cancellations and rescheduling at CLY Coaching: 1. Giving Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else who may be waiting. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the appointment will be counted as a used session and may be subject to a fifty dollar ($50) fee cancellation fee. 2. Rescheduling Sessions You’re welcome to reschedule once without any extra fees, as long as it’s done at least 12 hours ahead. Additional changes are subject to availability and may include a $50 rescheduling fee. 3. Missed Sessions / No-Shows If you miss a session without letting us know or cancel within 1 hour of the appointment, it will be marked as a no-show, and unfortunately, no refunds or credits will be issued for that session and may be subject to a seventy five dollar ($75) no-show fee.. This helps keep everyone’s schedules on track. 4. Coaching Packages For multi-session programs, all sessions need to be completed within the program timeframe to keep your progress steady. Missed or canceled sessions are not automatically extended, but we’ll do our best to work with you if something unexpected arises. 5. Emergencies We completely understand that emergencies can happen. If something truly unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. We’ll review each situation with compassion and flexibility. 6. Refunds Introductory or discovery sessions are non-refundable. Program or package payments are non-refundable once the program begins. In some cases, partial refunds may be offered for unused sessions if cancellation happens before the program starts.
