Service Description
This first meeting is all about you, your money story, and your goals. It’s a chance to pause, take a clear look at where you are right now, and map out the first steps toward where you’d like to be. Here’s how our time together will flow: 1. Creating a Safe Space We’ll start by setting the tone, this is a judgment-free zone. No matter where you’re starting from, you’ll be met with understanding and support. 2. Getting to Know You & Your Goals You’ll share what brought you here, whether that’s wanting to get out of debt, learn how to budget, save for a big milestone, or simply feel less stressed about money. 3. Taking a Snapshot of Your Finances Together, we’ll look at your income, expenses, debts, and savings. It’s not about perfection, it’s about understanding your starting point. 4. Spotting Challenges & Opportunities We’ll identify what’s getting in the way (like overspending, debt, or unclear goals) and also highlight what’s working in your favor. 5. Personalized Guidance We’ll share insights and simple strategies tailored to your situation. This might include budgeting tips, debt payoff options, or savings strategies, always explained in plain, everyday language. 6. Your Next Steps By the end, you’ll leave with a few clear, actionable steps you can take right away, plus an idea of how coaching can continue to support you moving forward. Need more? Cancellation Policy
Life happens; and we get it. Our goal is to honor both your time and ours so we can create the best experience together. Here’s how we handle cancellations and rescheduling at CLY Coaching: 1. Giving Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else who may be waiting. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the appointment will be counted as a used session and may be subject to a fifty dollar ($50) fee cancellation fee. 2. Rescheduling Sessions You’re welcome to reschedule once without any extra fees, as long as it’s done at least 12 hours ahead. Additional changes are subject to availability and may include a $50 rescheduling fee. 3. Missed Sessions / No-Shows If you miss a session without letting us know or cancel within 1 hour of the appointment, it will be marked as a no-show, and unfortunately, no refunds or credits will be issued for that session and may be subject to a seventy five dollar ($75) no-show fee.. This helps keep everyone’s schedules on track. 4. Coaching Packages For multi-session programs, all sessions need to be completed within the program timeframe to keep your progress steady. Missed or canceled sessions are not automatically extended, but we’ll do our best to work with you if something unexpected arises. 5. Emergencies We completely understand that emergencies can happen. If something truly unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. We’ll review each situation with compassion and flexibility. 6. Refunds Introductory or discovery sessions are non-refundable. Program or package payments are non-refundable once the program begins. In some cases, partial refunds may be offered for unused sessions if cancellation happens before the program starts.
