Service Description
This session is designed to give you clarity about your financial picture and help you uncover the opportunities and challenges you may not see on your own. It’s the perfect starting point if you’re curious about where you stand and what’s possible. Here’s how we’ll spend our time together: 1. Creating a Comfortable Space We’ll begin by setting the tone, this is a safe, judgment-free conversation where you can be honest about your money without fear of criticism. 2. Getting to Know You & Your Money Story You’ll share a bit about your financial journey so far, what’s been working, what hasn’t, and what you’d like to change. 3. Taking a Snapshot of Your Finances We’ll walk through your income, expenses, debts, and savings to create a clear picture of where things stand right now. 4. Spotting Challenges & Opportunities Together, we’ll identify what might be holding you back, like debt, overspending, or lack of structure, as well as opportunities you can take advantage of. 5. Answering Your Burning Questions Whether it’s about budgeting, credit, or how to start saving, this is your chance to get clear, straightforward answers tailored to your situation. 6. Clarity & Next Steps By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with a clearer understanding of your finances, plus simple, realistic next steps you can start on immediately. Need more? Cancellation Policy
Life happens; and we get it. Our goal is to honor both your time and ours so we can create the best experience together. Here’s how we handle cancellations and rescheduling at CLY Coaching: 1. Giving Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else who may be waiting. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the appointment will be counted as a used session and may be subject to a fifty dollar ($50) fee cancellation fee. 2. Rescheduling Sessions You’re welcome to reschedule once without any extra fees, as long as it’s done at least 12 hours ahead. Additional changes are subject to availability and may include a $50 rescheduling fee. 3. Missed Sessions / No-Shows If you miss a session without letting us know or cancel within 1 hour of the appointment, it will be marked as a no-show, and unfortunately, no refunds or credits will be issued for that session and may be subject to a seventy five dollar ($75) no-show fee.. This helps keep everyone’s schedules on track. 4. Coaching Packages For multi-session programs, all sessions need to be completed within the program timeframe to keep your progress steady. Missed or canceled sessions are not automatically extended, but we’ll do our best to work with you if something unexpected arises. 5. Emergencies We completely understand that emergencies can happen. If something truly unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. We’ll review each situation with compassion and flexibility. 6. Refunds Introductory or discovery sessions are non-refundable. Program or package payments are non-refundable once the program begins. In some cases, partial refunds may be offered for unused sessions if cancellation happens before the program starts.
