Here’s how we’ll work together: 1. A Deep Dive Into Your Finances We’ll look closely at your income, expenses, savings, debt, and habits. This isn’t about judgment, it’s about understanding exactly where you are so we can build a plan that works for you. 2. Clear Goals & A Realistic Plan Together, we’ll set goals that feel both exciting and achievable, whether that’s paying off debt, saving for a big milestone, or building long-term wealth. Then we’ll create a customized plan that fits your lifestyle. 3. Step-by-Step Strategies From advanced budgeting systems to debt payoff methods and savings growth tools, we’ll guide you through strategies tailored to your situation. Think of it as turning overwhelming “money stuff” into clear, simple steps. 4. Education That Empowers You We’ll break down financial concepts in plain, everyday language, so you don’t just follow a plan, you understand it. You’ll learn skills and habits you can use for life. 5. Cancellation Policy
Life happens; and we get it. Our goal is to honor both your time and ours so we can create the best experience together. Here’s how we handle cancellations and rescheduling at CLY Coaching: 1. Giving Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else who may be waiting. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the appointment will be counted as a used session and may be subject to a fifty dollar ($50) fee cancellation fee. 2. Rescheduling Sessions You’re welcome to reschedule once without any extra fees, as long as it’s done at least 12 hours ahead. Additional changes are subject to availability and may include a $50 rescheduling fee. 3. Missed Sessions / No-Shows If you miss a session without letting us know or cancel within 1 hour of the appointment, it will be marked as a no-show, and unfortunately, no refunds or credits will be issued for that session and may be subject to a seventy five dollar ($75) no-show fee.. This helps keep everyone’s schedules on track. 4. Coaching Packages For multi-session programs, all sessions need to be completed within the program timeframe to keep your progress steady. Missed or canceled sessions are not automatically extended, but we’ll do our best to work with you if something unexpected arises. 5. Emergencies We completely understand that emergencies can happen. If something truly unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. We’ll review each situation with compassion and flexibility. 6. Refunds Introductory or discovery sessions are non-refundable. Program or package payments are non-refundable once the program begins. In some cases, partial refunds may be offered for unused sessions if cancellation happens before the program starts.
