Service Description
Getting married is one of the biggest and most beautiful commitments you’ll ever make. A Premarital Couple Assessment gives you both the chance to slow down, reflect, and prepare, not just for the wedding day, but for the marriage that follows. Here’s how we’ll walk through it together: 1. Creating a Safe, Open Space We’ll begin by setting the tone, this is a supportive, judgment-free environment where both of you can share openly and honestly. 2. Exploring Your Relationship Story You’ll each have the opportunity to talk about your journey as a couple, what brought you together, what you love most about your relationship, and what you envision for your future. 3. Taking the Assessment You’ll complete a guided questionnaire or structured assessment that looks at key areas of a healthy marriage: communication, conflict resolution, finances, values, intimacy, family expectations, and future goals. 4. Uncovering Strengths & Growth Areas Together, we’ll review your results to highlight where you’re already thriving as a couple and where you may want to strengthen your foundation. 5. Personalized Feedback & Insights We’ll share clear, compassionate feedback that helps you both better understand each other’s perspectives. You’ll walk away with “aha” moments and practical tools to grow closer. 6. Action Plan for Your Marriage Journey Before we close, we’ll provide guidance and resources tailored to your unique relationship, so you can move into marriage with confidence, connection, and clarity. Cancellation Policy
Life happens; and we get it. Our goal is to honor both your time and ours so we can create the best experience together. Here’s how we handle cancellations and rescheduling at CLY Coaching: 1. Giving Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else who may be waiting. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the appointment will be counted as a used session and may be subject to a fifty dollar ($50) fee cancellation fee. 2. Rescheduling Sessions You’re welcome to reschedule once without any extra fees, as long as it’s done at least 12 hours ahead. Additional changes are subject to availability and may include a $50 rescheduling fee. 3. Missed Sessions / No-Shows If you miss a session without letting us know or cancel within 1 hour of the appointment, it will be marked as a no-show, and unfortunately, no refunds or credits will be issued for that session and may be subject to a seventy five dollar ($75) no-show fee.. This helps keep everyone’s schedules on track. 4. Coaching Packages For multi-session programs, all sessions need to be completed within the program timeframe to keep your progress steady. Missed or canceled sessions are not automatically extended, but we’ll do our best to work with you if something unexpected arises. 5. Emergencies We completely understand that emergencies can happen. If something truly unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. We’ll review each situation with compassion and flexibility. 6. Refunds Introductory or discovery sessions are non-refundable. Program or package payments are non-refundable once the program begins. In some cases, partial refunds may be offered for unused sessions if cancellation happens before the program starts.
